Ordering

You can place your order with us using our online shop or by email, telephone or fax.

Please remember to include all your colour, finish and height options as required.

All orders are subject to our standard terms and conditions, a copy of which is available on request and on our website. Prices are shown exclusive of carriage and VAT which will be applied at the current UK rate. Payment terms are 30 day net from invoice date or proforma.

When you place an order a confirmation will normally be sent out to you. It is your responsibility to check all the details of the order confirmation and inform us of any errors or omissions within 2 working days.

 

Delivery information 

All products are supplied exclusively to schools and other educational establishments. We are unable to deliver to residential addresses. An installation service is available, please contact us on 0333 577 3235 for details.

Deliveries are usually made in 7.5T or 18T vehicles and are to one under cover, secure ground floor location. 

 

Supplied Fully Assembled

Most of our products are supplied and delivered fully assembled, the exceptions to this are due to restrictions of size and access into buildings. Products marked with the self assembly logo will be supplied for simple self-assembly. Assembly does not require any specialist tools. Returns policy

As all our products are made to order and we do not supply on a sale or return basis, we do not normally accept returns other than warranty returns.

All goods must be signed for and checked at the time of delivery and any damage found must be reported within 2 working days.

Products that have been fitted or installed cannot be returned.

If you wish to return a faulty product, you must contact our customer support team on 0333 577 3235 for authorisation. Any returns sent to us without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

Where we agree to a return on standard catalogue products (excluding upholstered seating which cannot be returned) a charge of 40% of the item(s) price will be made with a minimum of £50. In addition, a £25 administration charge will be applied.

  

Order Cancellation

Should you wish to cancel the order then the cancellation period is 2 working days from the date you place your order.

We therefore reserve the right to make necessary substitutions whilst ensuring the standards of quality and performance are maintained.
