1. Ordering
By ticking the box 'Confirm order' you agree that:
a. You have funds to cover the total.
b. The contact details are correct.
c. You will agree to complete the transaction.
2. Returned Orders
All products are manufactured to order, returned orders will incur a 25% restocking charge.
3. Cancelled Orders
All products are manufactured to order, cancelled orders must be reported within 48 hours from receipt of order, otherwise a 25% restocking charge will be implemented.
4. Payment
Payment terms are 30 days net from invoice date or proforma.
5. Delivery
For orders of £500 or over (excluding VAT) carriage will be free to anywhere in mainland UK and Scotland excluding the Highlands and Grampian Regions. The British Thornton sales team will be in contact to arrange purchase, delivery dates and charges if applicable.
Delivery only to a ground floor secure point under cover.
6. Terms
All orders are subject to our standard terms and conditions, a copy of which is available upon request.
